Villa Uluvud in Alcamo is an exclusive independent structure for 8/10 people, with a surface area of 400 m2 + 50 m2 of veranda overlooking the pool.

The villa has a beautiful view over the entire Gulf of Castellammare, elegant, bright, spacious, it extends over three floors of 100 m2 each. The ground floor has a huge and bright living room, with large windows and a large sliding door separating it from the kitchen, which is spacious, white and equipped with everything. There is also a bathroom.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two with single beds (double bed also possible). The north rooms are totally independent from the others in terms of bathroom and privacy. In the basement there is a well-equipped gym, with professional treadmill, equipment and elliptical. Large laundry room, with 9 kg washing machine.

External

In over 1,000m2 of fenced open spaces, the villa features a private swimming pool (12m x 6m), with solarium, two service bathrooms and external showers, two large verandas, one of which has a sea view, where it is possible to have lunch or breakfast and the other pool view. Sauna, gazebo, barbecue, deckchairs, sofas, veranda and private parking for up to 4 cars.

Location

The structure is very close to the historic center (1 km). The surrounding area is quiet and rich in nature and typical Sicilian beauty, with the splendid seafront of Alcamo Marina and Castellammre del Golfo, less than 10 minutes away, ideal for walking or cycling.

The villa is easily accessible, just 4 km from the A29 motorway exit (Palermo-Mazara).

Details

Reserved parking in a fenced area is also included with the booking of the villa. The area does not have a public transport service, and for this reason we recommend renting a car. But we are able to provide you with assistance for travel, such as taxi and/or shuttle services.
