The Dimora Mediterranea 1km from Brucoli is located inside a mini residence, consisting of 4 villas.

The Mediterranean Residence, of approximately 100 m2, includes 2 villas, each measuring 50 m2, with bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, for a total of 4 beds each. Air-conditioned environments.

The two kitchens are complete, with traditional oven and microwave, coffee pod/capsule machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The bathrooms are equipped with a 70 x 90 shower, equipped with liquid soap and hairdryer.

The living rooms are furnished with 4K TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A first aid bag is provided.

External

The Dimora Mediterranea is equipped with a large garden and swimming pool shared with the other guests of the complex.

The swimming pool is 11 m x 7 m, large garden with solarium with natural lawn, and relaxation facilities with covered gazebo, with external shower.

You will also find a car park with a remote controlled gate and 4 parking spaces.

The villa is located 1km from Brucoli, 5km from Augusta, 50km from Catania, 40km from Syracuse and Ortigia and many beauties that we recommend visiting, such as the Saline di Priolo Nature Reserve, Plemmiro, various beaches and much more.

Details

Reserved parking in a fenced area is also included with the booking of the villa. The area does not have an efficient public transport service, and for this reason we recommend renting a car. But we are able to provide you with assistance for travel, such as taxi and/or shuttle services.
