The Ortigia Sunset Apartment II, is located on the second floor of a building near the island of Ortigia, consisting of a spacious bedroom, with kitchenette and dining area, private bathroom with shower and panoramic terrace with sofas, chairs and table. , from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the roofs of the city and the small port.

The apartment is great for 2 guests, with the possibility of adding other apartments available in the structure, for larger groups.

The style of the apartment is characterized by rooms painted in white, with double bed and bedside tables embedded in the masonry, coordinated textiles in blue tones. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil: coffee machine, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, oven, juicer, kettle, induction hob and sink. The kitchen also has a balcony overlooking the entrance way (view of the Umberto bridge, Darsena, entrance to Ortigia). In the bedroom you will find a flat screen TV, small table with chairs, bench and open wardrobe. The room is illuminated through the glass entrance door (also equipped with shutters to ensure darkness) from a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the Darsena.

The ensuite bathroom is very large and equipped with a shower cabin.


Exteriors
From the entrance door you enter the stairwell and continuing through a light well you go up to the second floor. Here there is a terrace shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
